Aims and Future Plans
As with any other community group Forres in Bloom has ongoing projects and future plans. During the next twelve months we intend working with partner groups, some of the issues to be addressed are as follows:
Redesign areas such as Museum Square and Forres House.
Continue to involve children and others in cleanliness initiatives.
Continue to support Pilmuir Community Project Group.
Review and enhance spring planting. Continue to work with children and other community groups to plant narcissus, snowdrops, native bluebells and other bulbs in grass areas around the town.
Review some of the flowerbeds and replace bedding with a mixture of shrubs, bulbs and perennials.
Continue with funding applications so we can install more signage and interpretation boards in significant places

Continue to update Forres in Bloom web site in partnership with Forres Community Web.
Continue to work with other groups in pursuing initiative to create an allotment area in Forres.
Continue to develop Wee FIBbees in association with Community Warden and John Muir Trust.
